The Authors

Roger Gloor was an editor of the Swiss “Automobil Revue” for 39 years and has afterwards worked as a freelance journalist; among others, he has written the series of books entitled “All Cars of the 50s/60s/70s/80s Years” and “Forgotten Cars: 300 Extinct Brands”.

Carl L. Wagner, a US automobile- and aviation journalist from Newark, N. J., has resided in Switzerland since 1971 and acted as international freelance PR advisor to Peter Monteverdi from 1968 till 1971. He is the author of “No Dearth of Horses”, a novel of early city-to-city racing.
